About the Project.
working in partnership with CCHA, this ongoing project aims to rejuvenate an iconic listed building in central Cardiff
As of August 2025, Most of the internal structural floors have now been replaced, and we’ve carried out extensive repairs to tired existing walls—bringing them back to strength and ready to stand for another 100 years. It’s great to now see new walls and the layout of apartments beginning to take shape.
We’re excited to see this iconic building move into its next phase, with updates to the façade just around the corner—giving us even more opportunity to enhance and preserve the long-term future of this great building.

We're at the very early stages of work on this iconic building just outside the city centre.
Moira Terrace has unfortunately become rundown and unused, however we plan on bringing it back to life form its current state, introducing 20 residential spaces alongside 8 commercial unit
At Yourspace we look forward to bringing a new feature to breath extra life into Cardiff, all whilst maintaining our environmental commitments as well as working with the classic features of this listed building
