20 affordable homes in Liswerry

A recently completed project for us at Yourspace, in partnership with Melin Homes, The construction of 20 new Residential Units in Liswerry

This EPC A-rated development includes 12 one-bedroom flats, 3 three-bedroom houses, and 5 two-bedroom houses.

The project is located on the site of a former local pub that had fallen into disuse, offering an excellent opportunity to redevelop the area in a way that benefits the community.

These homes are now completed and fully ready to be occupied by tenants

As always, we’ve stayed focused on environmentally conscious construction, incorporating ICF, infrared heating systems, and solar panels. The result? High-performance homes that are both sustainable and tenant-friendly.

Each home has exceeded the required standards for air permeability and sound insulation—by more than 10 points in some cases—delivering exceptional energy efficiency at an affordable price.
