About the Project.
Working in partnership with Newport City Homes, we successfully completed the complex renovation of 6 new residential apartments (2 x 1 bed, 4 x 2 bed) in August 2020.

Development Overview:
The scheme was situated on Caerau Road, Newport. Works also comprised of a basement renovation and new roof. This scheme was an initial Land Procurement, which become a Design & Build Package Deal with Newport City Homes. Providing 6 new homes for the local area. This project was a huge success, delivered on-time & within budget.
Social Value:
Throughout the contract we actively engaged with the local community to provide social benefits, apprenticeships and employment opportunities for local people. We were also fortunate enough to support the local community by providing donations to The Cwtsh and Clytha Primary School. At the school our donation went into creating an outside library, building a growing wall for plants and cladding a blue container with recycled pallets. The donation also helped to upcycle the bench seats for the children in the playground itself.
