About the Project.

Working in partnership with Newport City Homes this EPC A rated development comprises the construction of 8 new Residential Units (6 No 2 Bed Houses and 2 No 1 Bed Walk up Flats).

Development Overview:

The development includes Piled Foundations, Structural Insulated Floor Slab, MMC Lightweight Steel Frame, SIP Panels with Smart Heating, Hot Water, PV & EV Chargers. This scheme was initially an MMC Land Procurement, which become a Design & Build Package Deal with Newport City Homes. Providing 8 new homes for the local area.This project is currently on programme, and within budget, with completion expected January 2024.

Social Value:

Throughout the contract we are actively engaging with the local community to provide social benefits, apprenticeships and employment opportunities for local people. We are working closely with the local community, and have facilitated a new Public Bus Stop that boarders the front of the new development.We are also engaging with Job Centre Plus & Careers Wales offering Employment & Placement Opportunities.
